Having outgrown the space they previously occupied, LIDA Construction together with Java Designs, designed and built their own beautiful commercial building to house the expanding LIDA team. This contemporary building’s roofline is a nod to the previous structure on the site and it is clad with corrugated metal, connecting it to the surrounding agricultural properties. It is complete with a welcoming entrance, sleek interior design studio, elegant coffee bar, spacious staff kitchen and executive boardroom. All offices are outfitted with sit/stand desks, ergonomic chairs and dual monitors for maximum productivity and comfort. The end result is an environment that is visually stunning and highly functional; a space that our staff enjoys coming to every day.
