With over 20 years of experience in construction and project management, Mikail brings a hands-on approach to every project. Since 2014, he has managed 29 renovations, 8 custom homes, 3 spec houses, and a 10-unit condo. From overseeing sub-contractors to working in the field, he ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Outside of work, Mikail enjoys spending time with his two boys, exploring the outdoors, playing pinball, and honing his poker skills.
