First, we calculate all costs related to your project, including labour, material, subcontractors’ fees, etc. Then, we bill a price based on a percentage of the total budgeted construction labour and material costs. During construction, you’ll receive a detailed monthly statement showing the current expenses and budget progress. You can view this information online anytime. We aim to keep you informed and involved throughout the entire process.
