Each Spring, home builders, renovators and community developers from across Canada compete for the coveted CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence. Representing the ‘Oscars’ of housing, 42 awards recognize the best of the best in the areas of new home and renovation design, and new communities. Over 700 entries were received from coast to coast, from small towns and large urban areas. Nearly 200 judges reviewed images, floor plans, and project description before narrowing down the field.
