Dave has been building fine custom homes, renovations and commercial projects for over two decades. He has been featured on CHEK TV (Trend TV Show), been a guest speaker on Contractor Evolution (a podcast for builders) and has spoken at international forums educating the public about the construction industry. Dave is truly committed and passionate about professional development for himself, his team, and all aspects of the industry. He is the Past President of both the Canadian Home Builders Association, Vancouver Island chapter(CHBAVI) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Cornerstones Builder 20 Group. He is proud to head a company that has been recognized by the CHBA, Vancouver Island, as “Single Family Builder of the Year” 2019, 2020 and 2021, “Renovator of the Year” 2019 and 2020, and both “Customer Satisfaction- Builder” and “- Renovator” 2020! Dave fosters an inclusive and enjoyable work environment for his team, and a happy client at a project’s end brings a smile to his face. He enjoys traveling with his wife of 32 years, reading, working out, and yoga. Dave and Lisa, have three children – Gareth, Connor, and Travis, one amazing grandchild, Max, and their Frenchton, Archie.
