Terry brings a wealth of knowledge to our team with over 30 years in the construction industry. He has honed his skills as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Construction manager, and is now VP of Construction Operations. Terry is a member of CHBA, and NAHBA. He has completed over 800 projects including award winning single-family homes, multi-family residences, and full-scale developments. Terry strives for each project to be built with quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction at the forefront. He enjoys collaborating with his team, trade partners, and each unique client. When you work with LIDA, Terry will oversee the operations of your project from inception to completion, and beyond. Terry and his wife Paula spend time with their two children Rayanne and Zachary, and cats Lily & RJ. Terry recharges when mountain biking, hiking, boating or a stroll at the Dallas Road waterfront.
